Keith P. Bourgoin, CPA -
Managing Partner

Keith joined the firm in 1993 after graduating from Husson University. After becoming a firm principal in 2006 Keith expanded his small business tax practice to include compilations, reviews and audits of water districts. Keith is a member of both the Maine Society of CPA's and the AICPA. Keith currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Katahdin Trust Co. He also has a great passion for Cold Stream Pond in Enfield and serves as the Treasurer of the CSCOA. He resides in Hampden with his wife Shelly and his Springer Spaniel Sully.

Randy S. Baker, CPA

Randy joined the firm in 1995 after graduating from Husson University. Randy became a firm principal in 2008 and his services include tax preparation and planning, compilations, reviews of financial statements as well as Housing and Urban Development and Maine State Housing Authority audits. Randy is a member of the Maine Society of CPA's and the AICPA. Randy has been the president of the Brewer Soccer Club since 2009 and on the Brewer Little League board where he has coached baseball since 2005. He resides in Brewer with his two boys and enjoys taveling as well as spending time with his family and close friends.

Danielle A. Gagnon, CPA

Danielle joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from Husson University. She is a member of the AICPA and Maine Society of CPAs and is responsible for various audit engagements with the firm as well as reviews, compilations and tax services. She is originally from the St. John Valley and enjoys returning home to spend time at camp with family and friends.

Justin A. Hayes, CPA

Justin joined the firm in 2015 after earning his MBA from Husson University and became a firm principal in 2023. While he works with clients across diverse industries, Justin specializes in multi-entity family businesses in construction, manufacturing, timber, real estate, and medical practices, as well as ESOP-owned companies. The services he provides include tax preparation, audit, review, and compilation services, as well as business consulting focused on tax planning, bookkeeping support, and strategic planning. He is originally from Dover-Foxcroft and now lives in Bangor with his wife Samantha and their children Michael and Madeline, along with their dog Teddy.

Lyndsey C. Violette, CPA

Lyndsey is a graduate from the University of Maine at Machias and Husson University. She joined our firm in 2011 and is responsible for some of the firms audit engagements as well as performing compilation's, reviews and tax engagements. In her spare time Lyndsey enjoys spending time with family, her husband, and daughter.

Vicki J. Vincent, CPA

Vicki joined the firm in 1984 and is a University of Southern Maine graduate and became in firm principal in 1998. Vicki's practice areas include taxation, compilations, reviews, and audit services. She heads up the firms assurance practice and is a member of the Maine Society of CPAs and the AICPA. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the shores of Sebec Lake where she resides.

Stephen L. Spencer, CPA

Steve joined firm in 1990 after graduating from Husson University. Steve became a firm principal in 1998 and his services include tax return preparation and planning, reviews and compilations of financial statements, business succession planning, estate tax preparation, Quickbooks consulting financial planning. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, boating and traveling.

Gayle M. Davis, Semiretired

Gayle has been one of the firm principals since 1998 with expertise in the managing of closely held and multi industry business clients in a wide range of diverse industries with accounting and auditing services. Gayle earned her BS in public accounting from Husson University. She is a member of the AICPA and Maine Society of CPA's. In her spare time she enjoys exploring Maine with her husband on their ATV's spending time at their camp on Meddybemps Lake and keeping up with her four children.

Steven D. Carr, CPA -
Semiretired

Steve is a native of Mattawamkeag, Maine and a graduate of Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. He is a member of both the Colorado and Maine Society of CPA's and the AICPA. Steve returned to Maine back in 1981 to join the firm. Steve has an extensive tax, financial statement compilation and review practice. Besides traveling with his wife Darlene, Steve enjoys spending time with his many grandchildren and watching Maine Hockey.
